About Okanagan Clinical Trials

At Okanagan Clinical Trials, we specialize in conducting research studies for the pharmaceutical industry. We have studied many different illnesses. Some of these include: Alzheimer's, mild cognitive impairment, at risk Alzheimer's, migraines, depression, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, Parkinson's disease, headache, diabetes, fibromyalgia, pain, Crohn's, ulcerative colitis, insomnia, and Celiac disease.

In all cases, our goal is to provide a positive experience for the many study participants who volunteer for our trials. We go out of our way to make sure our facility is comfortable and welcoming. We know that success often lies in the little things. That is why at Okanagan Clinical Trials, we make sure participants aren't kept waiting for appointment times, but are seen quickly and given time to ask questions and address concerns.

Our Caregiver Support Group

Okanagan Clinical Trials (OCT) is currently offering a free-of-charge support group for the caregivers of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease. This support group focuses on education and providing strategies for some of the more difficult challenges that caregivers may face when caring for their loved ones, as well as a chance to meet and connect with others. Sessions are held every second Friday afternoon at OCT, including an option to join virtually. This support group is available for anyone who wishes to join. OCT is also providing a space for those affected by Alzheimer's disease to meet and socialize amongst a separate support group. For more information, or if you wish to join, please reach out to the program coordinator.
